Saving of a Land Mark

We have a beauty of a barn over the bridge from were I live and as you drive toward’s Pineville it grandly looks out at you as you drive by.  I am just now learning the history of this barn as I am new to this area and it is very interesting but also sad as it is now falling in a state of decay even though it is a historical landmark.  I think keeping and saving local and national history is important and believe it begins at home with teachings, caring and lots of field trips.  I say that with a smile as I love to look into any new and old spot of interest.

Anyway,  I am going to share a link to a facebook page if you are interested in looking as well as offering encouragement to this fine group of people trying to get the barn restored. Here is the facebook page hope you check it out.
