I haven’t wrote anything on salads for awhile to tell the truth I mention them before in part to demonstrate that there are ways we can add to our menus and save on the pocket book. I am a great one for liking to explore ways to reduce costs and stress in this world of stress and cost. Not to mention the great game of must have everything.
Today though I found a recipe for a salad that I would really like to share it comes from myrecipes.com. Seeing it reminded me as to why we love salads. Take a look

This salad just looks so good and reminds me of summer days with a light meal and a cool glass of lemon aid. What do you think?

Very nice salad the photo is teasing me, making me think of summer 2017, which Taranaki NZ didn’t have, even now its suppose to be autumn and the night’s feel like winter. But I could always have it for lunch. Have a nice weekend.
